The wig is fine. However, the communication and customer service is poor. It took 2 months to receive the wig . And updates were far and few between the wait. So in good faith, cannot give higher than that due to that part of business. But I hope for the company in moving forward ,they work on that aspect so it doesn't cost them customers like myself .

This is my second wig and I love it as much as the first. Both wigs have maintained their beauty even though I wear wigs daily. The wigs I bought are colored and curly which makes them especially resilient for curly hair. The color is always done to perfection. I love how the wigs are already pre-plucked. I will always get my wigs from here now. The wigs are beautiful, fit perfectly, comfortable, high quality, and do not require significant customization to wear! I am so happy I found my favorite wig vendor!
