Shipping policy

When placing an order we require that your billing and shipping address match. This is to ensure security and safety. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet our criteria. 

 For international orders, customers may be subject to pay import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL

Shipping/Processing for Ready to Ship Wigs and Uncustomized Wigs

Please allow 1- 2 business days for order processing. Once processing is complete please allow 2-3 business days for shipment within the U.S.

Shipping for Custom Pre-Order Wigs

Pre-orders are advance payments made on wigs that are not yet available. 

Shipping time is 2-4 weeks .

Shipping can take up to 6 weeks during holiday season. Please plan accordingly when placing an order.

If you need your wig sooner please email info@cielwigs.com. We may be able to expedite your order. Additional fees will apply.

Tracking

When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. A signature is required for all package delivery**Please note once your order is handed over to our shipping carrier we are no longer responsible. For information regarding your shipment please contact the shipping carrier.
