This is my second wig from Ciel Wigs, and I want to start by saying that the quality and overall appearance of the wig are beautiful. The Reese wig is soft, well-made, and the packaging was absolutely gorgeous. You can tell a lot of care was put into the presentation.
My only disappointment with the wig itself is that it doesn’t appear quite as blonde in person as it does in the photos. It’s still a beautiful color, but the pictures set a different expectation.
Unfortunately, my experience was impacted by several communication, shipping, and delivery issues throughout the order process. There were delays, conflicting information, and a lack of clear updates, which made the experience far more stressful than it needed to be. I also experienced issues with a previous order that was canceled, which delayed my ability to repurchase and ultimately resulted in a longer wait overall.
Since this was my second purchase, I was hoping for a smoother experience. I genuinely love the product, which is why this review is difficult to write. The wigs themselves are beautiful, but customer service and fulfillment are just as important as the final product.
While I am happy with the wig I received, the ongoing communication and shipping issues have left me uncertain about ordering again in the future. If these areas were improved, I would gladly consider purchasing from Ciel Wigs again.
As always Sky is the best! I sent 3 wigs to be washed condition and styled! 2 of these were 3 years old and they still look as amazing as the day I originally received them! The quality and care of Cielwigs.com is amazing!

This wig is my up and go , only thing is takes long time to get to you so make sure you order it way way before you actually need it.
The wig is fine. However, the communication and customer service is poor. It took 2 months to receive the wig . And updates were far and few between the wait. So in good faith, cannot give higher than that due to that part of business. But I hope for the company in moving forward ,they work on that aspect so it doesn't cost them customers like myself .
First of all - let me just say that this has been THEE BEST HAIR that I’ve ever owned. The quality of this hair is impeccable. The strands are thick (natural blowout/pressed texture) but lightweight and forever bouncy. She holds a curl. The unit came styled and didn’t budge for almost 2 weeks. I didn’t see any shedding for months(still minimal) and… tangling? I don’t know who she is. I can see a unit like this lasting forever. By far the best quality. I can tell a ton of hard work went into this unit and brand. Thank you 🤍✨
