This wig is my up and go , only thing is takes long time to get to you so make sure you order it way way before you actually need it.
The wig is fine. However, the communication and customer service is poor. It took 2 months to receive the wig . And updates were far and few between the wait. So in good faith, cannot give higher than that due to that part of business. But I hope for the company in moving forward ,they work on that aspect so it doesn't cost them customers like myself .
First of all - let me just say that this has been THEE BEST HAIR that I’ve ever owned. The quality of this hair is impeccable. The strands are thick (natural blowout/pressed texture) but lightweight and forever bouncy. She holds a curl. The unit came styled and didn’t budge for almost 2 weeks. I didn’t see any shedding for months(still minimal) and… tangling? I don’t know who she is. I can see a unit like this lasting forever. By far the best quality. I can tell a ton of hard work went into this unit and brand. Thank you 🤍✨

Because the size is too big and the smell of the color is clear and annoying And the nodes are not bleached as it should be

This is a new texture for me and I love it! I was surprised how nice it is. It comes in a natural dark brown color and has beautiful texture. The wig structure is the perfect shape and as all Ciel wigs I have bought, doesn’t look bulky and unnatural. I change my wigs so often with different colors and no one thinks they are wigs! That’s how amazing these wigs are constructed. The hair is very long and the lace is as amazing as usual. Very surprised this wig wasn’t priced higher. Great wig for those who are modest about color and want something natural. I have been wanting a wavy wig so badly and I am not disappointed. Please add more wavy wigs to your collections! (:
I am never disappointed with my purchases. They get better every time and this wig is GORGEOUS. I will definitely be repurchasing this one in the future so that I have a backup. The lace is perfect and the color/customization is top tier as always. I feel so beautiful in this wig and the color is immaculate for us warm toned loving women. I cannot say enough good things about it. I wear it everyday and take it off every night and the application only takes 5 minutes.
